PRODUCTS

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may
appear differently on different screens.

Natural fabrics vary. Slight variation in weave, texture and
shade between items is normal and is not a fault.

Products are subject to availability. We may withdraw a product
at any time.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include any applicable taxes.

We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed
an order.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed once
payment is received and we confirm it to you.

We may refuse or cancel an order. If we do, we will refund you
in full.

DELIVERY

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

RETURNS

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits
your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer
Protection.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The KAPRA name, logo, product designs, photography and site
content belong to us. You may not use them without our written
permission.

OUR LIABILITY

We are responsible for supplying products that match their
description and are of satisfactory quality.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that
arise from your misuse of a product.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under
UAE law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
