Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.

COST

Delivery is charged at a flat rate across the UAE, shown at
checkout. Free delivery applies above a minimum order value,
also shown at checkout.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can, and we'll let you know
once your order is on its way.

Delivery times depend on your location. Some remote areas are
not served by door-to-door delivery — in those cases your order
will be held at the nearest courier office for collection, and
you will be contacted directly.

ADDRESSES

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't
redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Orders returned
to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the
delivery cost.
