Dubai taught us that things get worn hard and still have to look considered.
"I bought caps for years before I made one. The problem was never the idea, it was the details nobody bothered with. So I stopped looking for the right cap and started drawing it."

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT
The material comes first. It decides how a cap sits, how it ages, and whether it still looks like itself after a year of being worn.
Then the fit. A cap should hold its shape on your head without being pulled tight to get there.
Then the details — the part nobody notices and everybody feels. Where the seams fall. How the strap lies flat. How small a mark can be before it disappears.
WHAT WE MAKE
Headwear. That is the whole list. What changes over time is the material, not the category.
