How do I find my size?
Our sizes are head circumference.
S 54cm · M 56cm · L 58cm · XL 60cm
How do I adjust the strap?
The strap has a row of fabric loops along it and a flat hook at the end. Set the hook into whichever loop fits. The tension holds it in place.
THE CAP
Where are your caps made?
We design everything in Dubai. Our caps are made to our specification in China.
Is it gift-ready?
Yes. Every cap arrives in a dust bag, inside a KAPRA box. Nothing else needs doing to it.
ORDERS
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as you can at support@kapraheadwear.ae If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll usually be able to change it.
I haven't received my order confirmation.
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, contact us at support@kapraheadwear.ae and we'll resend it.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet.

RETURNS
Can I return it?
Yes, within 15 days, unworn and in its original condition. If the size is the problem, try the strap first.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the cap arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered.
Can I exchange it for a different size?
